Order Processing Time Frame for Made to Order Items

Order processing/production time (all orders are cut/made to order) is running at 1week to process your order.

There are occasions where I can run a business day or so over. It can be difficult to gauge the exact time frame. PLEASE view your purchase invoice for "SHIP BY" dates. This includes ALL flowers, bows and cut items.


Orders of JUST Wool Felt sheets, yardage


Felt Sheets Mail within 1-5 Business days 
**UNLESS purchased with made to order items, then it will be the 1 week time frame. 

PLEASE view your purchase invoice for "SHIP BY" dates. Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY, and not including Postal Holidays.

**Please remember, the date of purchase may not be counted in the business days, as orders are placed at all hours of the day!

LOST PACKAGES:


Sadly, this does happen! 
If your package is marked DELIVERED and you did NOT receive it, you must check with your postal carrier and/or local post office. 

If your package has been in limbo after 45 days, we will offer a partial refund (1/2 of the merchandise total - NOT including the shipping) OR remake the order at 1/2 merchandise price + 1/2 mailing costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:


Will ship USPS First Class International, unless weight/value requires Priority Mailing. Tracking for this service is only available in select countries. Delivery varies from 10 days to 8 weeks depending on customs and location, so please plan accordingly. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

*Please be aware there may be customs fees due when your package is delivered. These fees are the customers responsibility, please know the rules for customs fees in your specific country

More on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:


International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International mail but the time of arrival is not guaranteed. We are no longer are responsible for products that do not reach you. We will provide you a tracking number but there is no real way for you to track package,as postal carriers are not required to scan in First Class International packages. Essentially, the tracking number just lets you know that we shipped your order but does not provide you any additional information as to the whereabouts of your purchase once it has left our hands. 


**In most cases, the products do arrive at the intended destination, but it is possible that the package is lost in transit. 

**If you don't want to take any chances, CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASING and we upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail or UPS and add insurance but keep in mind that this may add a substantial cost of mailing/shipping. There is a 90 Day from shipping wait to file the insurance.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES:


Please make sure to provide the correct address when you are checking out. IF a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for postage to re-ship the package.

** I can only make guarantees on a shipment dates, NOT delivery dates. Unfortunately once a package leaves my hands I do not have control over how fast it moves.

If, I have made a mistake with your order, you must contact me WITHIN 5 days from the receipt of your purchased items. We will work out any details needed.

**Any shipments refused, will NOT be refunded.

**We no longer can cancel orders, please shop carefully. Keep this in mind when shopping with me.
